Patently FUBAR

This is really starting to get out of hand, when the patent thing pissed me of earlier here, it had nothing to do with what I 'work' with. Kosso has just dropped a post about some more potential patent issues. We are now talking about auto-discovery of RSS feed's. I'm with Kosso, WTF?. This could potentially hit anyone and everyone that has anything to do with RSS and OPML. Seriously, the patent office is need of some serious reform and appears to me as per my other post completely FUBAR.
