FUBAR, Late Fee’s and Netflix for dummies

Yahoo Finance (via. AP) have an article today about a pending patent infringement case between Netflix and Blockbuster. It covers various things, though this stands out to me as beyond stupidity and utterly ridiculous.

'Netflix also believes its patents cover perhaps its most popular feature — the option of renting a DVD for an unlimited time without incurring late fees.'

If I have anything you want to rent from me, let me know and I won't charge you a late fee either.

Netflix this is seriously FUBAR.
