Australian version of Rootkit

The Australian Government is giving the music industry a ‘rootkit’ right back at them. The Federal Government will now make it legal to record television shows and copy audio CD’s to an iPOD or MP3 player. This will be done by providing loop-holes into existing copyright laws to have a fair-use policy.
